Ovvor Trade is a Nepal-based online marketplace where you can buy both physical products (electronics, fashion, home items) and digital services (Netflix, OTT, gaming top-ups).

Yes! We deliver nationwide, including all cities, towns, and rural areas across Nepal.

Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 working days Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3–4 working days Remote areas: 4–7 days (based on courier)

You can check order status inside My Orders. Once shipped, you may also receive a tracking code from the courier.

We support: Cash on Delivery (COD) Online payments (if enabled) Wallet balance Bank/QR payments

COD is available for most products and most locations. Some high-value items or digital products do not support COD.

Digital products like Netflix, OTT, top-ups, gift cards are delivered instantly via: Email SMS In-app message / direct activation Delivery time is usually instant to 5 minutes.

Yes, you can cancel before the order is shipped. Once shipped or delivered, cancellation is not possible. Digital products cannot be cancelled once activated.

We accept returns for eligible products within 3 days of delivery, if: Item is damaged Wrong item delivered Defective product Digital services are non-returnable.

Please contact us within 48 hours with: Photos Unboxing video (recommended) We will assist with a refund or replacement.

Ovvor Trade is a multi-vendor marketplace. Some items are sold by registered vendors, while some may be sold by Ovvor itself. All sellers must follow strict quality and delivery standards.

Vendor registration will be launched soon. Once live, sellers can create an account, upload products, and start selling across Nepal

If the item has manufacturer warranty, details will be mentioned on the product page. For no-warranty items, we still provide return support for initial defects.
