Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when customers can cancel an order placed on Ovvor Trade.

Our goal is to keep cancellation fair for customers while protecting fast-process digital services and logistics costs.

1️⃣ Order Cancellation for Physical Products

You may cancel a physical product order ONLY IF:

✔ The order has not been packed

✔ The order has not been shipped

✔ The cancellation request is made immediately after placing the order

If the order is already:

  1. Packed
  2. Dispatched
  3. On the way

Then cancellation may not be possible.

In such cases, you may request a return after the product is delivered (as per our Return Policy).

2️⃣ Order Cancellation for Digital Products (Strict)

Digital products are processed instantly.

Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

This applies to:

  1. Netflix subscriptions
  2. OTT service plans
  3. Game top-ups (Free Fire, PUBG, MLBB, etc.)
  4. Digital codes
  5. Recharge services
  6. Gift cards
  7. Any online activation service

❗ Reason:

Digital products are activated immediately, and once delivered, they cannot be reversed.

3️⃣ Cancellation by Ovvor Trade

Ovvor Trade reserves the right to cancel an order if:

  1. The product is out of stock
  2. Payment verification fails
  3. There is a pricing error or incorrect listing
  4. Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
  5. Customer violates our Terms or policies

In such cases:

✔ Full refund will be provided

✔ Customer will be notified through SMS/email/app

4️⃣ Refund for Cancelled Orders

✔ Physical Products

If cancellation is successful before dispatch:

  1. Wallet refund: Instant–24 hours
  2. IME/Bank refund: 1–3 working days
  3. Online payment refund: 3–7 working days

❌ Digital Products

No refund for cancellations after payment, as activation begins instantly.

To cancel your order quickly:

  3. Reason for cancellation

Our team will check the order status and assist you.

6️⃣ Important Notes

  1. Cancelling repeatedly or abusing the policy may lead to account restrictions
  2. Ovvor Trade may not be able to cancel orders during festival rush or peak hours
  3. Refund timeline depends on your payment provider
