Refunds are processed based on product type:

2️⃣ Refund Policy for Physical Products
You may request a return, replacement, or refund only if:

✔️ You received a defective product
✔️ You received the wrong product
✔️ The item is missing parts/accessories
✔️ The product is unused and in original packaging
✔️ The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
❗ What is NOT eligible:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased during special clearance sales
- Items without unboxing proof (if requested)

- Refund or replacement is approved
- Courier pickup will be arranged (where available)
➤ Refund Timeline (Physical Products)
- Wallet Refund: Instant–24 hours
- Bank/IME Transfer: 1–3 working days
- Card/Online payment: 3–7 working days
3️⃣ Refund Policy for Digital Products (Strict Policy)
Digital items include:
- Netflix subscription
- OTT plans
- Gift cards
- Software keys
- Game top-ups (Free Fire, PUBG, MLBB, etc.)
- Mobile/online recharge
- Activation codes
🔥 Digital Products Are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once the order is delivered/activated, the sale is final.
❗ No refunds for:
- Wrong email/ID given by the customer
- Late delivery caused by third-party platforms
- Change of mind after activation
- Account bans or misuse
- Incorrect login details provided by customer
Ovvor Trade only processes activation; we do not control third-party servers.
4️⃣ Order Cancellation Policy
✔️ Physical Product
You may cancel before the product is shipped.
❌ Digital Product
Order cannot be cancelled after payment because activation starts immediately.
5️⃣ Refund for Failed Transactions
If your payment was deducted but order failed:
- You will receive an automatic refund to your bank/wallet
- Timeline: 1–5 working days depending on your payment provider
- If not received, contact us with transaction proof
6️⃣ Unboxing Video Requirement (If Needed)
For expensive or fragile items, we may request an unboxing video clearly showing:
- Full product opening
- Package condition
- Received items
This helps prevent fraud and speeds up your refund approval.
