Return Policy

At Ovvor Trade, customer satisfaction is our priority.

This Return Policy explains when and how customers can return products, request replacements, or claim support.

Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1️⃣ Return Eligibility (Physical Products Only)

You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product if:

✔️ You received the wrong item

✔️ The product arrived damaged

✔️ The product is defective or not working

✔️ The product is missing parts or accessories

✔️ You received an item different from the description

To qualify for a return:

  1. The product must be unused
  2. Must be in original packaging
  3. Must include all accessories, manuals, tags, and box
  4. You must provide photos/video proof of the issue

Ovvor Trade reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after verification.

2️⃣ Items NOT Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned:

❌ Digital Products

  1. Netflix subscriptions
  2. OTT / Gift cards
  3. Game top-ups
  4. Software or activation codes

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once activated.

❌ Physical Items That Cannot Be Returned

  1. Used, damaged, or worn items
  2. Items missing original packaging
  3. Clearance, flash-sale, and final-sale products
  4. Personal hygiene products (innerwear, cosmetics, etc.)
  5. Consumable goods (food, beverages, perishables)

3️⃣ Return Process

Step 1 — Contact Us

Reach us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery:

Step 2 — Submit Evidence

Provide:

  1. Order ID
  2. Photos/videos of the issue
  3. Unboxing video (if required)

Step 3 — Review

Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours.

Step 4 — Return Approval

If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

Step 5 — Replacement or Refund

Once the item is inspected, we will:

✔️ Send a replacement OR

✔️ Issue a refund as per our Refund Policy

4️⃣ Replacement Policy

Replacement is possible only if:

  1. The exact product is in stock
  2. The returned item passes inspection
  3. The issue is genuine and verified

If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

5️⃣ Wrong or Missing Item Delivery

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours
  2. Provide proof
  3. We will replace or correct the order at no extra cost

6️⃣ Packaging Requirements for Returns

To avoid rejection:

  1. Pack the item securely
  2. Use original box and materials
  3. Include all items: charger, cable, manuals, tags, warranty cards, etc.

Products returned in bad condition may not qualify.

7️⃣ Timeframe for Return Pickup

  1. Pickup is usually arranged within 2–5 working days
  2. Rural area pickups may take longer
  3. If courier services are unavailable, we may ask you to drop off the item at a nearby point

Return shipping costs are handled by Ovvor if the mistake is ours.

8️⃣ Return Policy for Digital Goods (Strict)

Digital goods are NOT returnable, including:

  1. Netflix / OTT plans
  2. Game top-ups
  3. Digital codes
  4. Mobile top-ups
  5. Gift cards
  6. Recharge services

Once delivered or used, they cannot be refunded, replaced, or returned.
