This Return Policy explains when and how customers can return products, request replacements, or claim support.
Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1️⃣ Return Eligibility (Physical Products Only)
You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product if:
✔️ You received the wrong item
✔️ The product arrived damaged
✔️ The product is defective or not working
✔️ The product is missing parts or accessories
✔️ You received an item different from the description
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- Must include all accessories, manuals, tags, and box
- You must provide photos/video proof of the issue
Ovvor Trade reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after verification.
2️⃣ Items NOT Eligible for Return
The following products cannot be returned:
❌ Digital Products
- Netflix subscriptions
- OTT / Gift cards
- Game top-ups
- Software or activation codes
Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once activated.
❌ Physical Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Used, damaged, or worn items
- Items missing original packaging
- Clearance, flash-sale, and final-sale products
- Personal hygiene products (innerwear, cosmetics, etc.)
- Consumable goods (food, beverages, perishables)
3️⃣ Return Process
Step 1 — Contact Us
Reach us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery:

Step 2 — Submit Evidence
Provide:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Unboxing video (if required)
Step 3 — Review
Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours.
Step 4 — Return Approval
If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
Step 5 — Replacement or Refund
Once the item is inspected, we will:
✔️ Send a replacement OR
✔️ Issue a refund as per our Refund Policy
4️⃣ Replacement Policy
Replacement is possible only if:
- The exact product is in stock
- The returned item passes inspection
- The issue is genuine and verified
If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
5️⃣ Wrong or Missing Item Delivery
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing:
- Inform us within 48 hours
- Provide proof
- We will replace or correct the order at no extra cost
6️⃣ Packaging Requirements for Returns
To avoid rejection:
- Pack the item securely
- Use original box and materials
- Include all items: charger, cable, manuals, tags, warranty cards, etc.
Products returned in bad condition may not qualify.
7️⃣ Timeframe for Return Pickup
- Pickup is usually arranged within 2–5 working days
- Rural area pickups may take longer
- If courier services are unavailable, we may ask you to drop off the item at a nearby point
Return shipping costs are handled by Ovvor if the mistake is ours.
8️⃣ Return Policy for Digital Goods (Strict)
Digital goods are NOT returnable, including:
- Netflix / OTT plans
- Game top-ups
- Digital codes
- Mobile top-ups
- Gift cards
- Recharge services
Once delivered or used, they cannot be refunded, replaced, or returned.
