- Not misuse or attempt to hack the platform
Ovvor Trade is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by customer negligence.
3️⃣ Products & Services
Physical Products
We sell items such as electronics, fashion, home goods, beauty products, groceries, and more.
All physical products are delivered as per availability and stock conditions.
Digital Services
We offer digital items including:
- Netflix subscriptions
- OTT platform vouchers
- Game top-ups (Free Fire, PUBG, MLBB, etc.)
- Gift cards & online memberships
Digital products are delivered instantly or within a short processing time.
Once delivered/activated, digital items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
4️⃣ Pricing & Payments
- All prices shown are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
- Prices may change at any time without notice.
- Payments must be completed before order confirmation.
- In case of payment failure, orders will not be processed.
- For digital services, activation begins only after successful payment.
5️⃣ Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive:
- Order confirmation message
- Order processing updates
- Delivery or activation notifications
Ovvor Trade may cancel any order in case of:
- Stock unavailability
- Payment issues
- Fraud or suspicious activity
- Incorrect pricing or system error
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our policy.
6️⃣ Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products Only)
- Delivery timelines depend on location, product type, and courier service.
- Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or logistic issues.
- If a customer is unreachable at the time of delivery, additional delivery attempts may be charged.
7️⃣ Returns, Refunds & Replacement
Physical Goods
Returns/replacements may be allowed only if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong product
- Your item qualifies under the return policy
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Returned within the allowed time frame
❗ Digital Goods (Strict Policy)
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned,” no refunds are provided for:
- Netflix/OTT subscriptions
- Game top-ups
- Gift card codes
- Membership activations
- Mistaken purchases
Once delivered/activated, the sale is final.

- Attempt unauthorized access

- Abuse refund or return policies

- Delays in delivery due to third-party courier partners
- Loss caused by customer error
- Incorrect digital service usage
- System outages beyond our control
- Third-party service downtime (Netflix, OTT, game servers)
Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
