These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services offered under Ovvor – Shop Smart.

By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ovvor Trade (“Ovvor”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an e-commerce platform operating in Nepal, offering physical products and legally permitted digital goods.

These Terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of the Ovvor platform.

To access certain features or place orders, users must:

  4. Not attempt to misuse, manipulate, or hack the platform

Ovvor Trade is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

3️⃣ Products & Services

Physical Products

Ovvor Trade sells physical goods including but not limited to:

  1. Electronics
  2. Clothing & fashion items
  3. Home & lifestyle products
  4. Beauty & personal care items
  5. Groceries and daily essentials

All products are subject to availability and stock conditions.

Digital Goods (Legal Only)

Ovvor Trade may offer legally permitted digital goods, such as:

  1. Game top-ups (where permitted by law)
  2. Authorized gift cards or vouchers

❗ Ovvor Trade does not sell or support illegal, pirated, or unauthorized digital services.

Digital goods are delivered electronically.

Once delivered or activated, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

4️⃣ Pricing & Payments

  1. All prices are listed in NPR
  2. Prices may change without prior notice
  3. Full payment is required before order confirmation
  4. Orders with failed or incomplete payments will not be processed
  5. Digital goods are activated only after successful payment

5️⃣ Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive:

  3. Delivery or activation details

Ovvor Trade reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  1. Stock unavailability
  2. Payment failure
  3. Fraud or suspicious activity
  4. Incorrect pricing or system errors

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the return policy below.

6️⃣ Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products Only)

  1. Delivery timelines depend on location, product type, and courier service
  2. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or logistical issues
  3. If the customer is unavailable at delivery time, additional charges may apply

7️⃣ Returns, Refunds & Replacement (Product-Wise Policy)

Ovvor Trade follows a product-based return and refund policy.

Each product category may have a different return window, clearly mentioned on the product page or invoice.

Examples:

  1. Clothing & fashion items: Return requests must be made within 24 to 48 hours of delivery
  2. Electronics: Return or replacement depends on product condition, brand policy, and warranty
  3. Home & lifestyle products: Return timelines vary by product type

❗ Customers are responsible for checking the return policy mentioned on each product before purchase.

7️⃣.2️⃣ Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns or replacements may be accepted if:

  1. The product is damaged or defective at delivery
  2. The wrong product was delivered
  3. The product significantly differs from the description

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Ovvor Trade.

7️⃣.3️⃣Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  2. Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  3. Return request must be submitted within the allowed period for that product

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.

  1. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit
  2. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers
  3. Delivery or handling charges may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Due to the nature of digital products:

  1. No returns
  2. No refunds
  3. No cancellations

This applies to:

  1. Game top-ups
  2. Gift cards or voucher codes
  3. Digital memberships or activations

Once delivered or activated, the sale is final.
